3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Order changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. Because our baked goods are made fresh, cancellations or changes within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery or pickup may not be possible, and fees could apply.

4. What are your delivery and pickup options?

We offer both delivery and curbside pickup options. Delivery fees and times vary by location and order size. Please provide accurate delivery information to avoid delays. Pickup must occur within the agreed timeframe to ensure product freshness.

5. Are your products made with allergen-free ingredients?

We strive to accommodate dietary needs, but our kitchen handles common allergens such as nuts, dairy, wheat, and eggs. Cross-contamination is possible, so customers with severe allergies should notify us in advance and exercise caution.

6. How far in advance should I place a custom order?

For custom cakes and specialty items, please place your order at least 2 weeks in advance to allow adequate time for design, preparation, and baking. Rush orders may be accepted depending on availability but may incur additional fees.

7. What is your refund and return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, refunds and returns are not typically offered unless the product is defective or does not meet your order specifications. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt for resolution.

All items are baked fresh daily using high-quality ingredients. We follow strict hygiene and food safety standards to maintain freshness and flavor. Items should be consumed within recommended time frames indicated on packaging or product descriptions.

Yes! We welcome customization requests. Please discuss your preferences during the ordering process, and we will work with you to achieve your desired flavor profiles, themes, and designs. Additional costs may apply.
